Booking Terms & Conditions

By reserving a table in advance, you agree to the following terms.

Booking Confirmation

  • All reservations are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email.

  • For all reservations, we require card details to secure your booking. These details are securely kept with a third party called stripe and will only be charged if the cancellation terms are not met. Your booking will automatically incur a fee of £25 per person, if we do not receive 24 hours notice of any cancellations or if you do not show up on the night.

Arrival Time

  • Please arrive on time for your reservation, The carpark can be busy during peak times. 

  • Your booking ensures that a table will be available to you for a maximum of 1 hour and 45 minutes, after which they will be re-booked for another customer. Time begins from the agreed reservation time and is regardless of the time of arrival.

  • Tables will be held for 15minutes past the reservation time before being released.

  • If you arrive more than 15minutes past your reservation time, your table may no longer be available or our kitchen may be closed.

Group Bookings

  • For Groups of 12 or more, a £10 deposit is required to secure the booking.

  • A Pre Order is required for all group bookings and must be submitted 48 hours in advance.

  • Deposits are non-refundable in the event of no-shows or cancellation of less than 7 days notice.

Garden Tables

  • We do not accept bookings for the garden due to ever changing weather conditions. Seating in the garden is on a first come, first served basis only.

Wait Times for food

  • During peak times or large group bookings, food times may vary.

  • During peak times our wait time would typically be at least 30 minutes, our team will keep you informed of any delays.

  • We appreciate your patience while we prepare food, fresh to order.

Weather Conditions

  • In the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions, we may need to close at short notice.

  • If this happens, we will endeavour to contact all reservations as soon as possible.

  • All deposits will be returned. No other compensation or liability is accepted for weather related disruptions.
